Pero is 100% naturally caffeine free (decaf). It will not cause sleeplessness, high blood pressure or upset stomach because it contains none of the stimulants associated with coffee and tea.
Suggested Usage: To enjoy Pero as an instant hot beverate, place one heaping teaspoon in to a cup. Add very hot (not boiling) water, stir. Add milk and sugar to taste if desired.
