Gamma-oryzanol is a naturally occurring plant sterol derived from rice bran oil. It has long been popular among athletes.
Suggested Usage: Men – 2 to 4 tablets, Women – 1 to 2 tablets. Take once daily, preferably on an empty stomach (3 or more hours after a meal) and 45 minutes prior to a workout. May also be taken at night before retiring
