Herbal Sitz Bath 5 oz Container
For new Mamas – a soothing, astringent blend of herbs for the new Mama. Contains 2 muslin bags for 2 intensive teas.
Contains all organic herbs calendula, marshmallow root, yarrow, comfrey, uva ursi, white ok bark, rosemary, and hops.
To make, steep one bag in a 1/2 gallon of boiling water. When cooled, but still warm, add this to sitz bath, to fill peri bottle, or freeze some on pads for extra relief. You can also add sea salt, epsom salt or witch hazel to the bath for added results.
