Anu Thailam
Anu thailam provides all natural relief from cold & sinus symptoms without the use of antihistamines and is a non-addictive continuous use formula with no side effects and no contraindications. based on the healing qualities of Ayurvedic herbs with the soothing aid of sesame Oil. It helps to nourish and moisturize the nasal passages and provides support the health of your sinuses. It helps relieve headaches, allergies, sinus pain and rhinitis. It will clear up the accumulated mucus in the head area.
Optimally, cleaning your nose with Anu Thailam (oil) should be performed for 7 days, 3 times a year. The rest of the time, you may use neti (warm water mixed with rock salt). Never use both methods on the same day. Or you can use anu thailam once a week. It depends on the instructions given by your health care practitioner.
