Psoriasis is an auto-immune disorder of the skin that results in over-exfoliation of the skin cells, causing itchy, scaly skin, redness and inflammation. In Ayurveda, inflammation of the skin is caused by too much internal body heat. Psorolin Ayurvedic Body soap is a natural and safe treatment for psoriasis and dry skin. Infused with oil and aloe vera, this soap moisturizes and exfoliates the skin while controlling skin proliferation and scaling in conditions such as psoriasis. Ingredients with their properties:
Aloe vera (Kumari) thailam: from the Aloe Barbadensis plant, this is a juice that is oily in texture and provides anti-inflammatory properties and is a skin coolant. Aloe improves skin texture and removes internal heat from the body.
Wrightia tinctoria (Indrajava) thailam: plant oil that is applied to the skin to reduce inflammation and to reduce excess skin exfoliation in conditions such as eczema.
Vegetable oil derived fatty acid base: fatty acids are used as a skin lubricant and to keep skin moisturized and supple.
Usage and Application:
Apply Psorolin Soap to your wet body and scalp and lather; apply 2 times a day. The oils in the soap will calm red and inflammed skin and the vegetable derived fatty acids will provide needed moisture for your skin. The longer you use Psorolin Soap, the more benefits you will see. Conditions that are also relieved when using Psorolin Soap are eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, and dandruff.
