Trans-Ferulic acid is an important part of gamma-oryzanol, a plant sterol complex used by many athletes. Due to its antioxidant and adaptogenic properties, trans-ferulic acid is rapidly gaining acceptance by exercise enthusiasts and those in serious training programs.
Suggested Usage: for athletes, 1 tablet 30 to 45 minutes before and after workouts. On non-workout days, take 1 tablet with breakfast. For dietary enhancement, 1 to 2 tablets daily with meals
